Our office has begun focusing more on the use of social media to reach out to clients, buyers and sellers alike, and keeping these individuals updated on Grand Rapids Real Estate and the Katie K Team.

The 40th annual Heritage Hill Homes Tour is also about to kick off.  This tour highlights homes in the historic Heritage Hill district and highlights the historical and architectural preservation of homes within this neighborhood.  The home tour runs from October 3- 4 and showcases nine homes and four public buildings.  The homes range in style from an 1867 saltbox to a 1905 prairie-influenced style home.
