Don't be fooled into thinking that if you list or buy with an agent that works alone you'll get more attention! The tremendous amount of details and paperwork involved in a real estate transaction today mean that even an agent selling 10-12 homes a year will spend most of their time in non-selling activities. Most of the effort involved in selling your home centers around administrative details—advertising, internet listings, brochures, transaction processing, etc. Our goal in Katie's office is to have Katie spend 100% of her time focused on selling homes.
