Meet The Katie K Team
The Katie Karczewski Team acts as a “mini-company” within Keller Williams Realty. Katie’s team consists of a Marketing Specialist and an Office Coordinator/Closing Specialist. We have a networked state of the art computer and communication system. Each call on your home is handled by a team member who has been trained in turning a call into an appointment, and an appointment into a sale.
The Katie Karczewski Team utilizes a “team approach” to getting results. Our members are experts in their particular area of responsibility and are dedicated to our clients. The team is always available to provide any assistance to clients – before, during and after the transaction.

Katie is known for her personalized service and for going above and beyond for her clients. She believes that in order to achieve a goal you must be willing to work hard, be organized, and be driven to succeed. In 2009 Katie generated over $18 million in sales, only to exceed that by selling over $22 million in 2010. Her expansive list of sales benefited from a 14% dual agency rate in 2010 (representing both the buyer and the seller) – - a tribute to her vast catalog of informed clientele. She has consistently been the number one Keller Williams agent in West Michigan for the past 10 years, and ranks in the top one percent of agents statewide.
A partner of Keller Williams, Katie also holds membership in the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Economic Club of Grand Rapids, Junior League of Grand Rapids and Agent Leadership Council. Katie supports Gilda’s Club of Grand Rapids by donating a percentage of each closed transaction.
Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Katie is married to Jim Karczewski. Jim has his own architectural practice. Both of their businesses complement and support one another to the benefit of their clientele. They have resided in Grand Rapids since 1980. They are the parents of three grown sons.

Sharon brings 30 years of a diverse business experience to assist you with your real estate needs. Her background includes 16 plus years of experience working in the national sales and marketing practices of two Fortune 200 companies. Sharon’s uncompromising commitment to honesty and integrity, her unique ability to work with people, and her dedication to personal client service, have given her the reputation of being a true professional. After retiring from corporate America as a Senior Vice President for a national insurance broker, Sharon ventured into real estate in 2007. In March of 2009, Sharon became the newest member of the Katie K Team.
