Katie Karczewski - Team Leader
Katie Karczewski oversees the day to day operations of The Katie Karczewski Team, giving direction to the team members and focuses the efforts of the team that has sales of more than $30 million annually.
Katie’s leadership and business acumen has had a direct effect in establishing their position as a Grand Rapids residential real estate entity. Katie’s track record in real estate is attributed to strong negotiating skills, abounding resourcefulness and determination, and a genuine concern for her clients.
A partner of Keller Williams, Katie also holds membership in the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Economic Club of Grand Rapids,Junior League of Grand Rapids and Agent Leadership Council. Katie supports Gilda's Club of Grand Rapids by donating a percentage of each closed transaction.
Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Katie is married to Jim Karczewski. Jim has his own architectural practice. Both of their businesses compliment and support one another to the benefit of their clientele. They have resided in Grand Rapids since 1980. They are the parents of three grown sons.
